OBSERVED TWO ROACHES IN KITCHEN. OBSERVED ROACH ON PREP TABLE HOLDING MICROWAVE AND ON INTERIOR OF SECOND COMPARTMENT OF THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. CORRECTED ON SITE ROACHES KILLED AND REMOVED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
