OBSERVED RANCH DRESSING AND BBQ SAUCE STORED AT 70F IN SOUFFLE CUPS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA OUTSIDE OF REFRIGERATION. LABELS ON CONTAINERS OF SAUCES AND SALAD DRESSINGS STATED "REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING." MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL COLD TCS FOODS BELOW 41F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
