INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
