OBSERVED FACILITY WITH NO VOMIT AND DIARRHEA CLEAN UP KIT AND WRITTEN PROCEDURE TO RESPOND TO VOMIT AND DIARRHEA EVENTS. PROVIDED VOMIT AND DIARRHEA KIT HAD FIRST AID SUPPLIES (PAIN PATCH, BANDAGES, NEOSPORIN ETC.) INSTRUCTED TO ESTABLISH A WRITTEN PROCEDURE AND MAINTAIN ALL SUPPLIES TO ENSURE PROPER CLEAN UP OF ANY VOMIT OR DIARRHEA EVENTS THAT CAN POTENTIALLY OCCUR INSIDE OF ESTABLISHMENT. PERSON IN CHARGE ORDERED KIT AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED
