OBSERVED PIZZA RECEIVED AT AN INADEQUATE TEMPERATURE OF 112 F AND PASTA RECIEVED AT AN INADEQUATE TEMPERATURE OF 80 F. NO TEMPERATURE LOGS WERE PROVIDED UPON DELIVERY TEMPERATURE NOT TAKEN BY STAFF. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE THAT COLD FOOD IS RECIEVED AT 41 F AND BELOW AND HOT FOOD IS RECIEVED AT 135 F AND ABOVE. TEMPLOG LATER PROVIDED FROM VENDOR. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
