OBSERVED THE FLOOR IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA UNDER THE SHELVING ALONG THE WALLS IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING. ALSO OBSERVED THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND THE LOWER REACH IN COOLING UNITS IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
