OBSERVED SMALL DRIPPING LEAK AT WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM PLUMBING IN REAR UTILITY SINK AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM PLUMBING TO ELIMINATE LEAK AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES IN GOOD REPAIR.
