OBSERVED DEBRIS BUILD UP ON COUNTER TOPS UNDERNEATH EQUIPMENT, INSIDE STORAGE CABINETS IN PREP AREA. OBSERVED WALK IN COOLER WITH SPILLAGE UNDER SHELVING RACKS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
