OBSERVED MORE THAN 30 CRAWLING INSECTS THROUGHOUT FACILITY INCLUDING IN REAR DISH AREA, IN DRIVE THRU WINDOW AREA AND IN CEILING LIGHTS ABOVE PREP AREAS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY PESTS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
