ALSO, OBSERVED BLACK LIKE SUBSTANCE FOUND IN ICE SHIELD AND THE DISPENSER NOZZLE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL ICE, CLEAN, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN. ICE MACHINE IS USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005, CITATION ISSUED
