OBSERVED LOOSE DEBRIS, DIRT, FOOD STAINS, AND DUST BUILDUP ON THE FLOORS AND CORNERS AT REAR STAIRWAY LEADING TO TRASH AREA. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND INCREASE CLEANING FREQUENCY OF FLOORS. MUST MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
