OBSERVED OVER 150 RAT DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT ESTABLISHMENT. OBSERVED RAT DROPPINGS IN BASEMENT ALCOHOL STORAGE ROOM, ON BASEMENT FLOOR ALONG WALL BY DRY FOOD STORAGE AND IN ELECTRICAL CLOSET. MUST ELIMINATE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY ON PREMISES. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(a). CITATION ISSUED.
