INSTRUCTED TO CEASE RE-USING SINGLE-SERVICE ARTICLES NOT DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND REPEATED WASHING AND SANITIZING AND REPLACE WITH ADEQUATE MULTI-USE FOOD EQUIPMENT TO STORE FOOD ITEMS AND MAINTAIN.
