MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. OBSERVED DUST BUILD UP ON VENTILATION VENTS INSIDE THE UNISEX EMPLOYEE CLASSROOM AND INSIDE TODDLER AND INFANT CLASSROOMS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
