OBSERVED CLUTTER IN THE OFFICE LOCATED IN KITCHEN, REAR DRY STORAGE AND BATHROOM. ALSO NOTED UNUSED EQUIPMENT WITH ENCRUSTED GREASE IN REAR PREP AREA AND BETWEEN HOT WATER HEATER AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNUSED AND UNNECESSARY ITEMS TO BUSINESS. ALL KEPT ITEMS ARE TO BE STORED ON PROPER SHELVING THAT IS NON-POROUS, SMOOTH AND EASY TO CLEAN AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES OFF THE GROUND.
