INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN, SANITIZE, AND MAINTAIN AREA FREE OF MOUSE DROPPINGS, AND RECOMMENDED PEST CONTROL SERVICE FACILITY PRIOR TO REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, 7-38-020(a). CITATION ISSUED.
