INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MOUSE DROPPINGS WHERE NOTED. OBSERVED SEVERAL FRUIT FLIES AND HOUSE FLIES IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE.
