FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED AND SANITIZED
Food-contact surfaces not cleaned and sanitized (Inside ice machine has large build up of mold- PIC unplugged and put a "do not use" sign on it- they will use bagged ice until ice machine can be properly cleaned).
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
