The permit holder is not complying with the HACCP plan or procedures. No ph-white rice only- recorded on the log. Employee was unable to take pH of white rice and stated pH meter is broken. Owner came in and was able to take a pH of the white rice. Preparation date on white rice had yeaterdays date of March 5, 2026.
