The hot water generation/distribution system is not sufficient to meet peak hot water demands. Plumbing system is not installed to preclude backflow. NEED TO INSTALL VACUUM BREAKER ON MOP SINK HOSE TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY
