Multiple cold holding units temperature 65-70F. At the time of inspection there was no food stored in the units. PIC stated equipment was just turned on. Will recheck at the scheduled reinspection date. Advised to monitor before utilizing to assure proper temp.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
