IPM reports are not being emailed as requested. All IPM reports going forward are to be emailed to isdhealth@boston.gov -The drop ceiling was baited but has not been checked since - Ensure drop ceilings are checked at next extermination. Plastic bins are starting to be delivered food is being put into bins as they come in. Pet food will also be put into bins. Establishment is to continue with mass trappings until a 0 catch is reported *UPDATE* 10/23/24 - Front retail cleanliness has improved However 1 rodent dropping was found on the dog food shelf near a snap trap.
