Observed food debris inside reach in unit underneath top lid and bottom shelf of donut display case. Clean to remove all food debris / spills from stated equipment
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.

Observed rodent dropping along floor runner at stairwell / around ledges throughout basement storage and on donut rolling rack in prep kitchen. Discussed with PIC to contact license pest control for increased services until remedied. PIC immediately clean / sanitized food equipment while on site
