All dispensing laddels or scoops need to be washed rinsed and sanitized daily at close. All foods need to be stored in sealed containers overnight. Noted squeeze bottles with food dripping from them left on the counter overnight.Clean and store in a sealed container. Remove all choclate from the fountain and clean daily to prevent food source for the pests.
