Controlling Pests (C)
Inspector’s notes
Pest report from Ultra Safe dated 8/18/26 with open conditions of clutter noted. Provide updated pest report stating these issues have been addressed. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Ensure that the pest control report states there are no captures no evidence all structural voids have been treated and sealed with all exclusionary work addressed. Increase pest control visits as necessary once per month is not acceptable if their are captures and sightings. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.
