Inspector’s notes
Observed worn grout lines behind the bar area and in the kitchen. Regrout to prevent water/food debris from accumulating and stagnating. Observed a vent in the middle of the floor at the front door. Repair and finish the floor and surrounding area to provide a smooth durable and easily cleanable surface. Repair the tiles on the side of the counter where the pizza is going to be made. Repair both the vents in the bathrooms so that they are working properly. Repair the low temp dishmachine in the kitchen that is not working. Use the 3 bay sink. Provide a divider next to the mopcloset and the mixer. Repair the lightshield above the mop sink.
