Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures (C)
Observed excess trash unused items equipment wood pallets furniture in and around the dumpster. Clean to remove all items trash. Ensure that the dumpster are closed. PIC stated that the landlord is responsible for the trash. 1/16/24-Dumpsters were closed and empty. Excess trash unused items wood pallets are still piled up in back of the dumpster. Contact landlord and code enforcement to have all items removed.
Floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, or garbage areas needed repair or cleaning. These are usually less urgent than food-handling problems but still need to be fixed.

Provide a detailed IPM report from a licensed exterminator. 1/16/24- rodent dropping have been cleaned and removed. PIC was not able to provide a detailed IPM report from a licensed exterminatior. Provide.
