Provide a new pest control report prior to the reinspection that has no activity and no captures. The pest control report from 2-19-2026 indicates they recommend fixing the exit door at the break room there is a gap in the top left of the door where daylight can be seen; and the door frame is crooked for the door leading out of the break room leaving a wide gap when the door is closed allowing for pest entry. Repair or replace the doors and door frames to prevent pest entry.
