At the time of the inspection there were no Food Safety/Food Allergen Certifications. Address and provide an up to date Allergen Certification. Provide documentation of at least one full time employee who has been enrolled in a Food Safety Course for the re-inspection.
A required permit, food safety certificate, trained manager, or posted sign was missing or not current. These show the business is following the rules and has trained staff.
