(P) (C) POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD (TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD) received in compliance with LAWS allowing a temperature above 41ºF during shipment from the supplier shall be cooled within 4 hours to 41ºF or less.
