Inspector’s notes

1. Observed packaged bread and spices for sale without labels. All food packaged on-site need to be properly labeled with the following information: business name, address, product name, and complete ingredient list, net weight and content.

In plain English

Food came from an unapproved source, was missing required date marks or labels, or was past its use-by date. Knowing where food came from and how old it is helps prevent illness.
