Inspector’s notes

Observed cut watermelon and cut cantaloupe in the food shelf to be marked with sell by dates of 3/18/2024 and 3/19/2024. Facility participates in a food rescue program with local grocery stores and these cut melons were prepared onsite at the grocery store. Work with partners to determine their date marking policies. Ensure that TCS foods are discarded, or used, within 7 days to prevent potential bacterial pathogen growth.
