Observed rodent droppings under the racking in the back dry storage area. Clean area. Regularly inspect facility, record evidence of pests, and report to pest control company. Increase pest control service, as necessary.

The following required items were missing: Juice- only observed 52 oz containers, SFO requires a minimum size of 59 oz; Whole grain cereals- only observed 1 variety, SFO requires a minimum of 3 varieties; Whole grains- only observed 1 variety, SFO requires a minimum of 3 varieties; Canned beans- only observed butter beans, SFO requires a minimum of 3 varieties.
