Inspector’s notes
Observed a need for a reach-in cooler to properly store TCS food items, such as milk and eggs, that are maintained on-site. Per discussion with the Person In Charge, TCS food products are being left unrefrigerated while awaiting pickup. TCS food items must be maintained at 41F or below at all times. Obtain a reach-in cooler to maintain TCS foods refrigerated.
