OBSERVED MILK IN LOWER COOLER AT 48*F. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO TURN DOWN TEMPERATURE DIAL ON COOLER. IF TEMPERATURE DOES NOT DECREASE WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS, CALL FOR REPAIR OF COOLER.
