Establishment has a consumer advisory listed for the eggs, which can be ordered as over-easy or sunny-side-up, but the eggs don't have asterisks next to them and advisory footnote is missing the disclosure part. Provide the MOD with Minnesota Dept of Health Consumer Advisory factsheet, and informed him to update the menu with asterisks and add the disclosure part of the advisory in the footnote before the reminder.
