Inspector’s notes

Observed no label on pre-packaged rice, corn, soybeans bags and cakes that are inside the 2-door stand refrigerator. Provide label for all pre-packaged food items. Label must include the following information: name and address of the business, product name, ingredient list (in descending orders), net weight content, and any allergen.
