Observed prep table with an air temperature of 47F, holding time/temperature controlled for safety foods at 43-45F. Food employee stated they had just loaded the prep table. PIC was able to clean the ventilation and got the temperature to reach 40F. Moved TCS food at time of inspection to two door cooler. Ensure time/temperature controlled for safety foods are at 41F and below to prevent pathogen growth.
