Observed non-recyclable beverage to-go cups on site. Cups have a plastic interior lining. Obtain recyclable or compostable cups as described above.

Observed tongs stored half in-half out, with half of the food contact part of the tongs touching the top of the lid where customers lift it open. Instructed to replace tongs. Corrected on site. Store tongs with only the handle sticking up out of the food.

Observed gasket of "F'real" ice cream machine with food debris. Area is not being cleaned regularly. Showed employees how to open machine and clean according to manufacture pamphlet taped to side of machine. Clean and maintain.
