Observed the amount of sani in the 3-comp sink to be below required by the manufacturers label. This was discussed and staff set up a new sani bucket at proper amounts.

Observed no State Certified food manager employed at the facility. This was discussed. Send the ServeSafe certificate to MDH using the following website: https://www.health.state.mn.us/communities/environment/food/cfpm/index.html This will fulfill the requirements of the code.
