Inspector’s notes
No employee illness log onsite at the time of the inspection. Per discussion with the person in charge, log is within the system and PIC has no way to access the log. PIC was informed that log must be accessible as the PIC was the overseeing the business. An illness log will be sent along with the report. Print and use the log as necessary.
