OPERATOR WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE WRITTEN PROCEDURE THAT DESCRIBE HOW TO USE TPHC AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. PROVIDE A WRITTEN DOCUMENT WITH SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS AND A CLEAR PROCEDURE ON HOW TO USE TPHC.
