OBSERVED USE OF A DOMESTIC REFRIGERATOR IN THE FOOD SERVICE AREA. ALL FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT MUST BE CERTIFIED FOR SANITATION BY AN ACCREDITED ORGANIZATION (NSF/ANSI). REPLACE REFRIGERATOR WITH COMMERCIAL-GRADE, NSF/ANSI-CERTIFIED UNIT.
