Observed black plastic lids in kitchen. Items are not compliant with the Minneapolis Green to Go Packaging ordinance. Discussed proper requirements on acceptable packaging with the person in charge. Person in charge to discontinue using listed items and replace with recyclable or compostable products.

Observed wet stacked food grade containers. Per person in charge, containers had been properly washed, rinsed and sanitized the day before and were not in use. Discontinue stacking containers while still wet. Discussed air drying first and then stacking containers. Person in charge to make changes to current process.
