Inspector observed compliant packaging (cups and lids) but also some non-compliant packaging (PE lined cups, black plastic lids) Discussed with operator. Remove all non-compliant products and ensure only Green to Go compliant products are used. Future violations of this ordinance will result in citations/fines.
