Inspector’s notes

Cooked chicken, salsa, and sour cream all temping around 60 degrees inside the reach-in cooler. TCS foods such as sour cream temping near 48 degrees F on the top of the unit. Foods in the lower part of the unit to be discarded. Sour cream to be used or discarded by the end of lunch. Service call was placed before the inspection. Ensure that all cold TCS foods are storing at or below 41 degrees F.
