Observed there to be no method of recording instances of employee diarrhea and vomiting at the establishment. It was discussed with the Person-In-Charge that all instances of employee diarrhea and vomiting must be recorded. An employee illness log will be included in this report. Ensure that the employee illness log is maintained onsite.

Observed the window sills being the stand up freezer in the sorting and storage areas to be heavily soiled with dust. Clean this area and maintain clean.
