There was no current Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) at the time of inspection. The previous CFPM is no longer employed at the facility. Provided link to CFPM portal for State of Minnesota with emailed report. Provide a new CFPM for the establishment and post certificate for inspectors to verify during inspection.
