Observed a leak at the three compartment sink. Repair leak.

Observed unapproved bleach used for vendor. Use approved bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces. At time of inspection, operator went to store and purchased an approved container of bleach and setup a sanitizer bucket to 200 ppm.

Observed raw chicken over ready-to-eat foods in reach-in cooler. At time of inspection PIC moved items and showed proper storage order. Ensure raw animal foods are stored properly and do not risk contaminating ready-to-eat foods.
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.

Observed chlorine solution in three compartment sink was tested at or above 200ppm. Ensure chemical sanitizer is maintained at the proper concentration according to manufacturer's instructions. At time of inspection PIC added water to the chlorine solution and brought it to the proper concentration, tested at 100ppm.
