Observed non-compliant coffee cups and lids on site. Discussed with person in charge. They were told by their regional manager to go through remaining stock before ordering new supplies. Establishment goes through very few cups/lids each day. Green to Go went into effect in Minneapolis in 2015. A citation will be issued if there is not full compliance by the next routine inspection for this establishment. Contact inspector with questions.
